Well first of all you need to go to Magic Beings then you need to pick one that you would like to be... Be sure to read about your magic being so then you know how they work... I would highly suggest to read them all so that you know about all of them. Then you scroll down to Character Application which is in Magic Beings. Then you just fill out the form !!
